It is Superceded for all future projects and replaced by GMW15267. 1. PURPOSE Th

3、is standard aims at determining the conditions of performance test, environmental test and durability test of the SPST 280 micro relay to be mounted on the vehicles. To this relay, the technical delivery conditions in EDS-T-5248 apply. The relay shall be manufactured to meet the safety regulations w

4、hich are required on occasions. 2. NUMBER OF SAMPLES For mass production test and sample test according to this standard, 27 or more relays with serial numbers according to the manufacturing certificate of DIN 50049 shall be provided. For some submitted test samples, the allowable deviation by litte

5、r may be specified for all necessary characteristics. In case these preconditions for the sample are not sufficient, the allowable deviation by litter for each necessary characteristic shall be specified on the certificate regardless of individual measurement result. 3. QUALITY CONTROL For the contr

6、ol of production quality and specification of this test, the quality control department is responsible. 4. APPROVAL BY GMDAT TECHNICAL CENTER The relay delivered as the mounting in the production products shall be the same as the mass production sample in all respects. Samples different from the mas

7、s production sample shall be approved by GMDAT Technical Center. 5. MATERIAL All materials used for the relay shall be the same as indicated on drawings and mass production instructions. 6. MARKING The manufacturing date, GMDAT mark according to EDS-A-0040, part number, and manufacturing period acco

8、rding to EDS-A-0012 shall be marked legibly and durably at an appropriate place on the relay. For products made of synthetic materials, abbreviation of materials shall be indicated according to EDS-M-0101. 7. TEST EQUIPMENT 7.1. Direct current below 100A that can be controllable 7.2. Dielectric resistance test The sample shall exhibit no abnormality when AC 500V is applied for a minute. 8.3. Operation time test When DC 12V is appl

Audible sound test The sound level shall be 55dB max. at a distance of 900mm when DC 12V is applied. 8.5. Terminal Retention test Deformation of each terminal shall be 0.25mm max. when

Load impact test The sample shall exhibit no abnormality when operated at 16V, -40 after being operated at 125 under 14V 20A(N.O) / 10A(N.C) for 24 hours. 8.7. Current Overload test The sample shall exhibit no abnormality in function and appearance when t

18、ested under the following conditions at 23 14V resistance load.
