The layer thickness amounts to 7.5 to 15 . 4.1.2.1.2 Thread p
14、arts: Thread parts must be satisfactorily usable after manufacturing process. In the case of need the thread areas are protected against the coating. 4.1.2.1.3 Appearance: The primer film must be uniformly covered, free from cavities, contact points, bubbles etc. and may not show any edge retraction
15、. 4.1.2.2 Flexural Strength. The primer film must endure the normal bending, which occurs during the later assembling, without perceptible decrease of adhesive strength or crack formation. 4.1.2.3 Storage Property. The parts should endure the stresses usual for transport and storage without primer d

An adhesive tape is good pressed on with a rubber and sharply vertically pulled after 10 seconds. It
18、may not be lifted more than 10% of the area covered tape. The exposed areas may not show any corrosion product. 4.1.2.7.2 The primer film is parallely cut at intervals from 1.5 to 3.0 mm. With the gauge it is tested whether the film is lifted. The film should be lifted no more than 3 mm. 4.2 Further
