The test facilities and equipment shall be in good working order and shall have a validcal

However, all measuringvariables as specified in this standard shall be determined correctly with respect to their physical definition.3.2 Equipment.3.2.1 Apparatus for conditioning to the appropriate requi

6、rements as described in GMW3221 Code A, unlessotherwise specified in the relevant material specification.3.2.2 Test Machine. Any test machine capable, with adaptation, of drawing the test fixture, (see Figure 1), in ahorizontal plane across the test piece at a uniform rate of (100 10) mm/minute may

7、be used. (Suitableequipment has been found to be a Tensile Test Machine to ISO 9513, adapted with pulleys and cord.)3.2.3 Cutting dies or shears for preparation of test pieces.3.2.4 Test Fixture. The test fixture shall consist of a sliding carriage equipped with an adjustable metal rivetand of the d

For initial sample and arbitration purposes, at least three test pieces in eachdirection shall be tested and, for routine quality control, at least one test piece in each direction shall be tested.3.3.1 Samples shall be tested in machine direction (MD) (with and against), across machine direct

13、ion (AMD)(both directions), and 45 to machine direction (all four directions). Other angles may be tested dependentupon the design of the test piece. Additional directions to be tested shall be defined on the test requestdocumentation.3.4 Test Time. Not applicable.3.5 Test Required Information. Not

14、applicable.3.6 Personnel/Skills. Not applicable.4 ProcedureThe test piece shall be placed, face side uppermost, on a plane surface and mechanically clamped. The testfixture shall be attached as required (cord, pulleys, etc.) to the test machine, and placed rivet downwards onthe test piece surface.Th

15、e test fixture shall then be drawn across the surface of the test piece at a uniform rate of(100 10) mm/minute.4.1 Preparation. From the available material, test pieces of, 500 mm minimum in length and 500 mm minimumin width shall be cut in warp, MD, (wales) and weft, AMD, (courses) directions.4.2 C

16、onditions.4.2.1 Environmental Conditions. According to GMW3221 Code A.4.2.2 Test Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Suchrequirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc.4.3 Instructions.4.3.1 The test piece

17、 shall be placed, face side uppermost, on a plane surface and mechanically clamped. Thetest fixture shall be attached as required (cord, pulleys, etc.) to the test machine, and placed rivet downwardson the test piece surface in specified direction (see Figure 3).4.3.2 The load of the rivet on the te

18、st piece shall be (1 0.1) N.Note: This load is equivalent to a weight of (200 20) g, if the test fixture has the dimensions specified inFigure 1 and Figure 2.4.3.3 The test fixture shall then be drawn across the surface of the test piece at a uniform rate of(100 10) mm/minute.4.3.4 Repeat the test f
