5、are the appropriate quantity and type of panels for the grade of paint being tested according to the procedure specified in Test Method GT-13, Panel Preparation. For Grades that are oven dried double the specified drying time (overbake). 4.1.1 Two Bonderite CD-10 or Bonderite 958 zinc phosphated ste
6、el panels - Grades -17, -17HS, -18, - 19, -19HS, -29, -29HS, -29T, -29THS, -50, -55, and -55W 4.1.2 Four Bonderite CD-10 or Bonderite 958 zinc phosphated steel panels - Grades -53 and -53A 4.1.3 Two fiber glass reinforced plastic panels - Grades -52, -52HS, and -52W For Grades -53, -53A, -55, and -5

For grades where two panels are prepared, only one drying pr
10、ocedure is specified; for these grades, both panels will be dried according to this procedure. 4.2 For Grades -17, -17HS, -18, -19, -19HS, -29, -29HS, -29T, and -29THS, wet sand both of the prepared panels for one-half of their length with No. 360 sandpaper. Wash these panels in water, dry wipe with
11、 industrial grade xylene, dry with absorbent paper and wipe with a tack rag. Apply another coat of the same enamel to both of the prepared panels and again dry according to the procedure outlined in Panel Preparation. 4.3 For all grades, age the panels for 72 hours in a recirculating oven at 49 I. 3
12、C (120 I.
