1、QUESTION ITU-R 62-2/5*,*Interference to the aeronautical mobile andaeronautical radionavigation services(1982-1986-1990)The ITU Radiocommunication Assembly,consideringa) that the aeronautical radionavigation service is a safety service;b) the increasing concern being expressed over the degree of con

2、trol of harmful interference tothe aeronautical mobile and aeronautical radionavigation services;c) that the types of radiation which can cause harmful interference can differ widelydepending on the particular technical and operational characteristics of the services involved;d) that it may be possi

3、ble in some cases to identify in detail the characteristics of theinterfering radiation;e) that the radiations from many of the potential sources of harmful interference are thesubject of standards and measurement methods developed by the International ElectrotechnicalCommission (IEC) and the Intern

4、ational Special Committee on Radio Interference (CISPR);f) that the practical control of harmful interference often needs to be effected by the nationallegislation of individual Administrations and it is common for the above-mentioned IEC/CISPRstandards and measurement methods to be adopted in this

5、context;g) that there would be considerable practical advantages if there were a better understandingof the relationships between these IEC/CISPR test and measurement standards and the protectioncriteria for these services,decides that the following Questions should be studied1 Are the IEC and the C

6、ISPR recommended limits and measurement methods adequate forthe protection of these aeronautical services?2 What methods can be recommended for stating detailed protection criteria taking intoaccount the cumulative effects of interference, including that caused by other radio services,information te

7、chnology and industrial, scientific and medical equipment (ISM)?_* This Question should be brought to the attention of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO),the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and the International Special Committee on RadioInterference (CISPR).
