The IT-T is responsible for st
3、udying technical, operating and tariff questions and issuing Recommen- dations on them with a view to standardizing telecommunications on a worldwide basis. The World Telecommunication Standardization Conference (WTSC), which meets every four years, establishes the topics for study by the IT-T Study
4、 Groups which, in their turn, prQduce Recommendations on these topics. The approval of Recommendations by the Members of the IT-T is covered by the procedure laid down in WTSC Resolution No. 1 (Helsinki, March 1-12, 1993). 48、 Development of this document application profile has been done in liaison with several organizations. These include ODA expert groups within the: . _- - Asia-Oceania Workshop (AOW); - Study Group 8; - - OSE implementors Workshop (OW). European Workshop for Open Systems (EWOS); The liaison between t
49、hese organizations has occurred within the meetings of the Profile alignment Group for ODA (PAGODA). These meetings have focused on the development of a single set of internationally aligned ODA document application profiles. This Recommendation is specific to the profile identifier PM-36. At present, this Recommendation consists of one part: - Document application profile. Further parts may be added to this Recommendation.
