Source Amendment 2 to ITU-T Recom

9、mendation X.731 was prepared by ITU-T Study Group 4 (2001-2004) and approved on 19 January 2001. An identical text is also published as ISO/IEC 10164-2, Amendment 2. ii ITU-T X.731 (1992)/Amd.2 (01/2001 E) FOREWORD The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is the United Nations specialized age

10、ncy in the field of telecommunications. The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of ITU. ITU-T is responsible for studying technical, operating and tariff questions and issuing Recommendations on them with a view to standardizing telecommunications on a worldwide

11、 basis. The World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA), which meets every four years, establishes the topics for study by the ITU-T study groups which, in turn, produce Recommendations on these topics. The approval of ITU-T Recommendations is covered by the procedure laid down in WTSA R

12、esolution 1. In some areas of information technology which fall within ITU-Ts purview, the necessary standards are prepared on a collaborative basis with ISO and IEC. NOTE In this Recommendation, the expression “Administration“ is used for conciseness to indicate both a telecommunication administrat

13、ion and a recognized operating agency. 18、to clause 7 (Model): 7.x.x Lifecycle state This state attribute tracks the plan for the managed object representing a resource. Inventoried resources may have a life cycle attribute so that their deployment can be planned, tracked, and managed. Logical resources, e.g. connection, are not inventoried

19、; however, their deployment can be planned, tracked, and managed using a lifecycle state attribute.
