The movement toward joint standardization is driven by past contamination experiences and different technical requirements and

PURPOSE The purpose of this standard is to specify the minimum requirements for the certification and maintenance of propellant and pressurant (P/P) syste

23、ms used for the purpose of rocket engine testing, test operations, ground support operations, center laboratory operations, and center facility operations. 2. APPLICABILITY This standard is applicable to ground-based rocket propulsion test, test support, center sample analysis laboratory, and center

24、 operation facilities for P/P requiring system certification. P/P quality provided to the user interface points shall meet or exceed program, test article, center or laboratory requirements. Programs or customers may impose additional requirements. In such cases, process changes and supplemental pro

25、cedures may be required. Propellants and pressurants covered in this standard are high purity air (HPA), gaseous nitrogen (GN2), liquid nitrogen (LN2), gaseous hydrogen (GH), liquid hydrogen (LH), gaseous oxygen (GOX), liquid oxygen (LOX), gaseous helium, and liquid helium, and breathing air. 3.
