SCOPE 1.1 Scope. This specification establishes the requiremen

The units shall be tested as specified in Section 4 herein and are for the purpose of determining, prior to starting production, that the contractorfs produc

8、tion methods are capable of producing amplifier channels that-com- . piy with the technical requirements of the contract, 3.2.3 Materials. Unless otherwise specrfied in the contract, requisi- tion, Or order, dl materials and purchased pvts entering into the final assdly of the amplifier channel shal

9、l conform to the detailed require- LD 296726, and Drawing ii54877. 3.2.2 Preproduction sample. Unless otherwise specified in the contract See 4.3.1. merits ind-gated on the drawings and specifications listed in LD 162565, 3.2.4 Finishes, coatings, construction, and dimensions. Finishes, coatings, co

10、nstruction, and dimensions for the amplifier channel shall be in accordance with the applicable drawings, specifications, and pblications listed in LD 16565, LD 296726, and Drawing ii54877. 3.2.5 Moisture, fungus, and corrosion. The amplifier channel shall be rendered moisture, fungus, and corrosion

11、 resistant in accordance with detail requirements specified in the drawings and specifications listed in LD 162565, LD 296726, and Drawing 1154877. When moisture, fungus, and corrosion resistance are not specified in these documents, the amplifier channel shall conform as required by NAVORD OS 6341

12、3.2.6 Marking. A preproduction sample of five amplifier channels, manufactured in accordance with 3.2.2, SU be subjectei to the pre

16、produc- tion tests detailed in 4.4 at an activity designated by the procuring activi- ty, Acceptance of the preproduction ssmple shall be based on no defects in the sample. prior to the approval of the preproduction sample, shall be at the suppliers risk. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or order, each shipment of units of product shall he a separate “inspection lot“ and my differ from the quantity specifiedin the total order or contract In any event, ail units of a single “inspection lot“ shall be made to

The preproduction and periodic production samples, after satisfactorily passing the quality coaformance inspections detailed in 4.5, shall be subjecte

22、d to the fol- lowing tests and examinations, Certified inspection data covering the re- sults of preproduction and periodic production inspections shall be for- warded- to the procuring activity. 4.4.1 Vibration 4.4.1.1 Mounting. The amplifier channel, less pack or packaging, shall be mounted in the

23、 servo amplifier case. The case, mounted securely to a vibration device by means of its mounting holes, shall be tested as spec- fied in 4.4.1.2 and 4.4.1.3. 4.4.1.2 Vibration, nonoperating. The amplifier channel shall be subjected to the “Vibration, nonoperating“ test of 1-82590 and there- after sh

24、all meet the requiremmts of 3.4.1.1. 4.4.1.3 Vibration, operating. The amplifier channel shall be sub- jected to the “Vibration, operating“ test of 1-82590 and during and thereafter shall meet the requiremnts of 3.4.1.2. 4.4.2 Temperature and humidity 4.4.2.1 High temperature and humidity, nonoperat

The amplifier channel shall be subjected to the igh temperature and humidity, non- operating“ test of m-82590 and thereafter shall meet the requiremeriss of 3.4.2.1. 4.4.2.2 High temperature, operating. The amplifier channel shall be subjected to the “igh temperature, operating“ test of 1-82590

26、 and, while at the test temperature, shall meet the requirements of 3.4.2.2 4.4*2.3 LOW temperature, nonoperating, The amplifier channel shall be subjected to the “Low temmMre, nonoperating“ test of m-82590 and thereafter shall meet the requirements of 3.4.2.3. 4.4.2.4 Low temperature, operatin6. Th

27、e amplifier channel shall be subjected to the “Low temperature, operating“ test of MIL-E-82590 and, while at the test temperature, shall meet the requirements of 3.4.2.4. 4.4.3 Operating life. To test for operating life as specified in 3.3.7: 4.4.3.1 With the amplifier at an ambient temperature of 6

32、atmospheric pressure. 4.5.1. 3 Vibration: None. 4.5.1.4 Bumidity: Room anibient to 95 percent relative maxim. 4.5.2 Test and inspection equipment and facilities. The manufacturer shal furnish and maintain all necessary test equipment and facili-bies and shall provide all personnel for performing the

33、 quality conformance tests. The test equipment shall be adequate in quantity and, unless defin- ite requirements are specified, shall be of sufficient accuracy and quality to permit performance of the required quality conformance.tests. 4.5.3 Test equipment. The following items of test equipment are

34、 re- quired to perform the quality conformance tests set forth in this specifi- cation : - 4.5.3.1 Power sources 4.5.3.1.1 One l5O-volt dc plus or minus 3 percent, 20 ma, 0.05 volt ripple maximum. 4.5.3.1.2 One 6.3-voit ac plus or minus 5 percent, center tapped, 1.5 .imperes, 400 HZ pius or minus 2

35、percent. 4.5.3.1.3 Two 100-volt ac plus or minus 3 percent, 400 Rz plus or minus i percent, 5 ma, isolat 5.3.1.5 One 4UO Hz, phase reversible, continuously variable, Sig- nal source of the saine phase as the 4-00 Hz pmr sources (4.5.3.1.3) and capdole of voltage changes of 0.01 volt and a maximum of

38、 as dangerous voltages are present which may cause bodily injury or death. 4.5.4,l Test preparations, The following test preparations are re- Un- quired to perform the quality conformance tests specified herein. less otherwise specified, all terminals designated herein are listed on Drawing 877408.

I 4.5.4.2.2 Adjust this signal, both in magnitude and polmity, until the . output currents from pins R

44、and S are balanced at 6.5 plus or minus 1.5 ma. 45.4.3 Amplifier gain. To test for amplifier gain as specified in 3.3.4: 4.5i4.3.1 Adjust the magnitude of the signal voltage (4.5.3.1.5) Tor a change of 0.1 volt from the balanced conit5,on (4.5.4.2.2). 4.5.4.3.2 The output current from one terminal (

45、R or S) shall show an increase to i3 plus 1 ma minus 1.5 ma, and the output current from the other terminal (R or S) shall show a decrease to 3 ma maxim, as speci- fied in 3.3.4. 4.5.4.3.3 Adjust the signal source (4.5.3.1.5) to give a 1 plus 0.1 volt signal with polarity at terminal H %he same as a

46、t terminas A and 3; and the polarity of terminal Kthe same as at termina2.s C and D, as per 3.3.2. The output current from terminal R shall read i3 plus 1 ma minus 1.5 ma, and the outpue current fromterminal S shall read 3 ma maximum, 4.5.4.3.4 Readjust the signal as specified in 4.5.4.2.2. 10 Provi
