SCOPE 1.1 Scope.- This specification covers design requirements and all performance requirements fo

The direction of leading phase angle can be established by the use of the following circuit, In this circuit, the voltage from pin 1 to pin 3, Vi-3, leads the voltage from pin 1 to pin 2, Vl-2. A positive angle shall be a leading angle. 1 4.7
