Page 4 2.2, Under “Other Publications,“ delete: “ANSI 241.1-1972“ and substitute: “ANSI 241.1-197 6“. 3.3.1, Line 4, delete: 4 to 5 1/2“ and substitute: “4 1/2 to 6“. Line
