1、MILITARY SPECIFICATION COMPASS SET, GYROSCOPE REFERENCE, This specification has been approved by the Bureau of Naval Weapons, Department of the Navy. 1. SCOPE 1.1 Scope = The equipment covered by this Specification is a 5.5 degree per hour, magnetic slaved, directional gyro stabilized conpass set fo

2、r use in military aircraft. 1.2 Classification - There are two configurations of the Compass Set. The Type I configuration includes the nent of parts. requiring scheduled replacenent shall be specified by the contractor. Parts 3.3.2.3 Reliabilitjj in iyiean Time Between Failures (MTBF) - The equipme

3、nt shall have 800 hours of mean (operam -bG-E-S4OO. 3.39392 Interconnection Cablix - The equipment shall be capable of satisfactory operation using external wiring in accordance with the applicable requir ements af Specification 111,-5088. The external wiring shall be unshielded, except that a mj.n2

4、wn number of the individual wires may be shielded when demonstrated as necessary to meet interference control requirements and provided the assembly of the cable to its plugs may be easily accomplished. connectors attached to the cables shall not be supplied as part of the equipment.
