10、L 2539597 and all dacwPen.ts listed thereon. 3.2 Materials. All materials used in the manufacture of the cartridges shall conform strictly with the specifications referred to on the respective Bureau of Naval Weapons drawings unless specific approval in writing covering a departuke therefrom has bee
11、n obtained from the Navy design activity prior to manufacture. When alternate materials or methods of manufacture are specified on the drawings, the bidders selections shall be clearly stated in the prdosal. 3.2.1 Preproduction sample. Unless otherwise specified by the procuring acavity, a preproduc
12、tion sample of 82 MARK i05 MOD O cartridges shall be manufactured using the same methods and procedures proposed for the production lot. The sample shall be tested as specified in 4.3.8 and is for the purpose of determcining that the contractor, prior to starting pmduction, is capable of producing i
13、tems which comply with the technical requirements of the contract. 3.3 Primary components For the purposes of this specification the primer mix (Bu reau of Vaval Weapons Drawing 2406487 of DL 2519597) i - - ., - 3 defined as a primary component. 3 ;4 Ceramic-to-metal seal. (M104) The inspector shall ascertain that the packing and packaging and the container markings conform to Section 5 of this specification. 4,7 Tests, - 4.7.1 Ceramic-b-mekl seal. The number of units selected from each lot shall be in accordance with Table I, Ins
30、pection Level II of ML-STD-lO5* The ceramic-to-metal seal for each cartridge shall be tested in accordance with Bureau of Naval Weapons Drawing 2519594 of DL 2519597. of 3.4 shall cause rejection of the lot represented. Subsequent to cleyn
33、ing, the bridgewire shall be flashed by application of an electric current t;O assure continuity of .Che bridge. The current shall be regulated to produce a visible red glow of the bridges. An E” of approximteky 1.5 volts AC or DC may be used with a suitable resis.t;or to adapt the source? character
