First - A conductor consisting of 19 strands of 0.0126-inch diameter, copper-clad steel wire, in accordance with ASTM B 452, class 30A. inch. method 1 or method 2. Third - Two conductors twisted together to form a pair having a lay of 2-1/4 inches nominal. Fourth
