Except as otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the contractor may use his own or any other facilities suitable for the performance of the inspection requirements specified herein, unless d

9、isapproved by the Government. The Government reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements.“ 4.2: Delete and substitute: “4.2 First article inspection.

10、 First article inspection shall consist of the tests specified in 4.5.“ * 4.2.1 and 4.2.2: Add the following new paragraphs: “4.2.1 - First article sample. Each sample shall consist of sufficient premixed dry ingredients (finish coat) and magnesium chloride flakes- to provide for the application of

11、27 square feet, approximately 1/2 inch thick (see 6.2). “4.2.2 First article inspection report. The contractor shall furnish a first article inspection report in accordance with the data ordering document included in the contract (see 6.2.2) .“ 4.3.3, in heading, delete: “at a Government laboratory.

When the pro- visions of DAR 7-104.9 (n) (2) are invoked and the DD Form 1423 is not used, the data specified below shall be delivered by the contractor in accordance with the contr
