Liquid concentrate fire extinguishing agents furnished under this specificationshall be products which are qualified for listing on the applicable Qualiti
24、ed Products List at tbe timeset for opening of bids (see 4.3 and 6.4).3.2 Materials. Concentrates shall consist of fluorocarbon surfactants plus other compounds asrequired to conform to the requirements specified hereinatler. The material shall have no adverseeffect on the health of personnel when u
25、sed for its intended purpose.3.3 Concentrate chtrmcteristics. Concentrates shall conform to the chemical and physicalrequirements shown in table I.3.3.1 Film fnrmntion nnd sealability. The foam produced film shall spread over the fuel surfaceand seal off vapor production to prevent substained igniti
