Nothing in this document, however, supersedes applicable laws and regulations unless a specific exemption has been obtained. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 First article. When speci

11、fied (see 6.2), a sample shall be subjected to first article inspection (see 6.4) in accordance with 4.5. 3.2 Material and treatments of materials and parts. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or order, all materials and treatments of materials and parts used in the manufacture of the Logic

14、. Inspections of the Logic Assembly shall be classified as follows: l. I a. b. c. First article inspection (see 4.5). Periodic production inspection (see 4.6). Vibrations None 4.4 Test reports. When specified in the contract or purchase order (see 6.2), a test report shall be prepar

16、ed (see. 6.3) covering the results of tests specified in 4.5, first article. covering 4.6 and 4.7 quality conformance tests and inspection, and forwarded to the contracting activity (see 6.3). A first article sample of three Logic Assemblies, manufactured in accordance with 3.3, shall be subjected to first article tests specified in table VIII, in the listed sequence, at an activ

18、ity designated by the contracting activity. Acceptance of the first article sample shall be based on no defects in the sample. Vibration table that can vibrate the Logic Assembly, plus fixture weight at 3 gravitational acceleration units (gs) maximum over a frequency range of 5 to 500 Hz with a maximum double amplitude of 0.2 inch. b. A shock testing machine that can apply shocks of up to 300 gs maximum at

Packaging shall be inspected for conformance to the requirements of Section 5. 4.7.5 Process verification. Criteria stipulate
