SCOPE 1.1 Scope. - This specification prescribes the re

2、quirements for the prepara- tion ofaanual of loading and unloading procedures, operatlonal procedures, and maintenance instructions covering auxiliary armament systems and equip- ment for special weapon carrying aircraft. 1.2 mental to and used in conjunction with the NATOPS/Flight, Maintenance, Str

6、procedures and precautions prescribed in WAVdEPS 16-1-529 shall be complied withet1 3.1.8 Illustrations, - Illustrations shall be prepared in accordance with Specification MIL-H-547h and shall be used as necessary to support, supple- ment or clarify related text, When and where necessary to simplify

7、 or clarify the comprehensions of procedures, illustrations may be repeated in the manual. Wnere required, indications of exact locations of illustrated matter or position from which the illustration was made shall be made on the illustration or stated in the figure title. and wiring schematics shal

12、nce instmction manual for aircraft wiring and for wiring peculiar to the special weapon carrying version, in- cluding interconnecting wiring diagrams for the special weapon electrical, electronic and wiring test equipment, 3.1.9 shall be furnished by the Procuring Activity as soon as requirements ar

13、e contractually established. to receipt of the security classification information. security classification higher than that established for the manual shall be included. Information of a higher classiTication considered to be essential shall be brought to the attention of the Procuring Activity. 3.

17、l 3.2.8 3.2.8.1 This section shall describe, in step by step order, the procedures necessary to unload the special weapons carried. Section V - Ugloading Procedures 3.2,8.2 Arrangement of the section shall be in general accordance with Section III as speciyied in 3.2.6 thru 3.2.6.1.2. to the loading

18、 illustrations in Section III rather than repeating these illustrations . Reference may be made 3.2.9 Requirements. 3.2.9.1 The scope of infomation for this section shall be the same as that required by the specifications governing the maintenance instruction manual and periodic maintenance requirem

19、ents manual for the aircraft. 21、s for all special equip- ment; maintenance, and special tools required for maintenance of the special equipment (Gnless covered by separate handbooks of maintenance or service instructions) ; any periodic or special inspections to be accomplished in addition to those speiried in the basic periodic m

23、 and the special electrical and electronic equipment not covered by an existing manual, The interconnection composite wiring diagrams shall show all test equipment hooked up to aircraft wiring. Loca- tion of all special equipment installed shall be indicated by illustration or text, switches, lights

24、, etc., shall be included in this category, Whenever possible related information on the above items in the same category are to appear together in sequence such as sequencing all wiring test composite drawings to follow one after tne other in this section, 3.2.9.4 When necessary this section shall

25、also state the troubles, de- ficiencies, and failures or faulty operation which may occur, the probable causes for such, and outline definite procedures for correction. section shall include not only troubles that are most likely to occur, but those of infrequent and complex nature shall also be inq
