3、in a metal container. coirtains a center-tapped inductor, two capacitors, and two resistors which me connected to form a variable frequency series-fed Hartley oscillator tuned circ-At . This subassely 3.2 General requirements 3.2.1 Data required. No data is required by this specification (other than

4、 reports accompanying samples submitted for preproduction and geriodic production testing), or by applicable documents referenced in Section 2, unless specified in the contract or order (see 6.2). . 3.2.2 Preproduction sample. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or order, preproduction smrple

5、s of the oscillator shall be manufactured using the methods and procedures proposed for the production lot. These unit,s shall be tested as specified in Section 4 herein and are for the purpose of determining, prior to starting production, that the contractors production methods are capable of produ

6、cing oscillators that comply with the technicd requirements of the contract. See 4.3.1. 3.2.3 .Wterials. Uness otherwise specified in the contract, requisi- tion, or order, all materials and purchased parts entering into the final. assembly of the oscillator shall conform strictly to the detailed re

7、quire- ments indicated on the applicable drawings, specifications, and publicatiws listed in NELvoRD wg 1563731. 3.2.4 Surface treatment,. construction, and dimensions. Surface treat- ment, construction, and dimensions for the oscilator shall be in accord- - ace with the applicable drawings, specifi

8、cations, and publications listed in WVO Dwg 1563731. 3.2.5 Moisture, fungus, and corrosion. The oscillator shzllbe rendered noisture, fungus, and corrosion resistant in accordance with detail require- ments Specified on the drawings and specifications listed in NAVORD Dwg 1563731. 3.2.6 Nmking. Mark

9、ing of assemblies, subassemblies, and parts shall be in accordance with applicable drawings listed in NAVORD Dwg 1563731. 3.2.7 Threads. The following tests constitute the quality con- forinance tests for the oscillator: - 4.4.4.1 Unless otherwise specified, all perfomce tests shall be conducted wlth the test equipment given in 4.4.3 and shall accurately follow the test procedure of 4.4. 4.4.4.2 I?repration for tests. Connect

30、the power supply (4.4.3.1), electronic counter (4.4.3*2), voltmeter (k.4.3.3), insulation tester (4.4.3.4), wave myzer (4.4.3.5) osciioscope (4.4.3.6) and dieec- tric tester (4.4.3.7) to the power source (4.4.3.8). switches of these instwnts to ON and allow them to warm- for the time necessary to st
