Pipe and tube shall be free from heavy oxide or scale. The internal surface of hot finished ferritic steel pipe and tu

6、be shall be pickled or blast cleaned to a free of scale condition equivalent to the CSa2 visual standard listed in SSPC - SP6. Cleaning shall be performed in accordance with a written procedure that has been shown to be effective. This procedure shall be available for audit. PAGE 6 * 4.4.1: Delete a

7、nd substitute: “4.4.1 Chemical analvsis. One sample for chemical analysis shall be selected from each of two tubes or pipes chosen from each lot. 9、le, the entire lot shall be rejected. The contractor may inspect 100 percent and deliver only conforming material.“ * 4.4.4: Delete and substitute: “4.4.4 Hvdrostatic and ultrasonic tests. Each tube and pipe shall be tested by the hydrostatic and ultrasonic tests.“ * 4.5.2, line 3: Delete the follow
