20、ements in thespecification shall not relieve tie contractor of the responsibility of ensuringthat all products or supplies submitted to the Oovent for acceptance complywith a71ll roquirnts of the contract. Sampling inspection, es part ofmanufacturing operations, is an a71cceptable practice to ascert
