26、R-16743F(sH)3.5.7 Electrical.3.5.7.1 Electrical Dower. Electric power supply will be 440-volts, 3-phase,60 Hz alternating current (at). All controls and oil heaters shall be operatedfrom 115 volts.3.5.7.2 Electrical eauiment. Electrical equipment components, controls anddevices shall conform to the

27、requirements of MIL-E-917. Enclosures for electricaland electronic equipment shall conform to the requirements of MIL-E-2036.Equipment shall perform as specified when supplied with type I power, as definedin MIL-STD-1399, section 300. Vacuum tubes shall not be used. Permanent markersfor wire and cab

28、le shall be provided as requiredby MIL-STD-195. h ammeter todetermine motor current shall be supplied for installation on the gaugeboard. Thecontroller shall be suitable for remote mounting.3.5.7.2.1 Electromametic interference. The equipment shall meet thefollowing requirements of MIL-STD-461:(a) T

32、ialist.3.5.7.3 Motors. Motors shall be in accordance with MIL-M-17060 asapplicable, or as specified (see 6.2). Motors shall be of sufficient horsepowerrating to start, accelerate, and operate the driven auxiliaries under all maximumload conditions without exceeding specified limitations. They shall

Unless otherwise specified (see 6.2) , motorcontrollers shall be in accordance with MIL-C-Z212. The controller sha

35、ll bearranged to stop the compressor motor when any of the switches open. Eachcompressor motor controller shall be provided with a manual push-button masterswitch of the momentary contact type to permit bypassing of the low pressurecontrol switch. The control operation shall be such that opening of

36、the compres -sor high pressure, water failure, high oil temperature, or oil failure switch,manual re-starting of the compressor will be required. Provision shall beincluded for the connection of a rsf rigsrant solenoid valve circuit. The circuitshall be such that the solenoid valve shall receive pow

37、er only upon closing of allof the following switches: high pressure switch, oil pressure switch, lowtemperature switch, water failure switch, high oil temperature switch and chilledwater operating thermostat, low voltage relay, and overload relay. The operationof the low pressure switch shall not af

38、fect the solenoid valve circuit. Closingthe low pressure switch shall not restart the motor without the solenoid valvebeing energized. The circuit also shall be arranged to permit the option ofconnect ing the water failure switch so that its operation does not affect thesolenoid valve circuit. The l

39、ow voltage relay shall have a consistently higherdrop-out voltage than the compressor motor contactor. The low voltage relaycircuit shall function to de-energize the compressor motor before a low voltagecondition can cause any other component to interrupt the compressor motor circuit,Once the low vo

40、ltage relay drops out, manual restarting of the compressor motorshall be required.3 .5.7.4.1 Control circuit. The control circuit shall also function toactuate the oil cooler solenoid, oil heaters, ant i- recycle timer and operatingtime meter. The oil cooler solenoid valve shall be energized when th

41、e compressoris operating and de-energized when the compressor stops for any reason. Thecrankcase electric oil heaters shall be energized when the compressor stops andde-energized when the compressor starts. The circuit for the oil heaters shallinclude an indicating light mounted on the condensing un

42、it gaugeboard. Theindicating light shall be energized when the crankcase heater is energized. llmeant i- recyc Le timing device and control relay shall prevent immediate restartingthe compressor after it has stopped for any reason. The anti -recycle timer shallbe adj us table in the 5 to 10 minute r

43、ange. A bypass push-button shall be providedfor emergency restart. The operating time meter shall be a nonadjustable elapsed(running) digital time meter to indicate total hours of compressor operation. Themeter shall be in accordance with MIL-M-3971. or MIL-M-7793 and MIL-14-7793/7 exceptthe operati

44、ng time indicator shall be capable of indicating 99, 999 hours.3.5. 7.4.2 Water mnrm motor controller. Each condenser water pump motorcontroller shall include a maintaining contact switch. Provision for the requiredsemi-automatic performance, automatic performance and low voltage protection maybe ma
