C. 3.1 Parts and Materials - In the selection of parts and materials, fulfillment of major design objectives shall be the prime am- sideration. in so doing the follcrwing shall govern: Parts and materials requirements shall conform to Specification MIL-E-5400. Nomepairable subassgnblies, as

14、outlined in Specification MIL-E-5400, shall be used when prac- ticable. The general size of the subassembly, and the munt of circuitry to be included therein shall be approved by the procuring activis. (8) The limits for short duration interference caused by channel changing operations are r

37、elaxed by 20 db, and the maximum duration of the interference is increased to 6 seconds. 3.2.5 Interchangdility - The equipnent shall met the inter- changeability requirmts as specified in Specification MIL-E-5408. 3.2.6 Maintenance Provisions and Field Testing - PraViCions for Mtenance shall be as
