The test set shall have four basic functional test capabilities as follows: (a) Battery Test (b) Receiver Test (c) Transmitter Test (d) Field Strength Indicator . 3.6.2.1 Battery test. The battery test circuit shall provide for the measure- ment of the battery voltage un
14、der full load conditions of 330 + 30 milliamperes at 4.5 vdc. 40、 (MC) 4.4 Quality conformance inspection. The quality conformance inspection shall consist of the following. 4.4.1 Production inspection. Production inspection shall be made on every test set offered for delivery. The inspection shall consist of examination and testing which will prove the mrkmnship
41、 and reveal the omissions and errors of the production process such as functional ard performance tests from design, tests of adjustment, and tests *ich detect hidden defects of material. ero- duction inspection shall include the tests indicated in Table I. 4.4.2 Production control inspection. Produ
42、ction control inspection, fncludirq smpliq, shall consist of tests indicated in Table I and the inspection procedures of NIIL-SlD-105 using the special inspection levels. The inspection level shall be S-3 for normal, tightend, and reduced in- spection. The acceptable quality level (AQL) shall be 6.5
43、 percent. A lot is defined as one months production of test sets. inspection shall be performed on test sets which have passed production inspection. production control inspection prior ta release for shipment. Production control The test sets shall satisfactorily meet the requirements of 4.4.2.1 Re
44、jected lots. If an inspection lot is rejected, the supplier may withdraw the lot from further inspection. a rejectd lot to correct the defective units and reinspect the lot using tightened inspection.
