Submittals should be kept to the minimum required for

23、adequate quality control.A “G” following a submittal item indicates that the submittal requires Government approval. Some submittals are already marked with a “G”. Only delete an existing “G” if the submittal item is not complex and can be reviewed through the Contractors Quality Control system. Onl

24、y add a “G” if the submittal is sufficiently important or complex in context of the project.For submittals requiring Government approval on Army projects, a code of up to three characters within the submittal tags may be used following the “G“ designation to indicate the approving authority. Codes f

25、or Army projects using the Resident Management System (RMS) are: “AE“ for Architect-Engineer; “DO“ for District Office (Engineering Division or other organization in the District Office); “AO“ for Area Office; “RO“ for Resident Office; and “PO“ for Project Office. 35、d sentence for projects at MCBH Kaneohe Bay. *Ensure that Contractor personnel employed on the Activity become familiar with and obey Activity regulations including safety, fire, traffic and security regulations. Keep within the limits of the work and avenues of ingress and egress. Ingress and egres

36、s of Contractor vehicles at the Activity is limited to the H-3 gate. To minimize traffic congestion, delivery of materials shall be outside of peak traffic hours (6:30 to 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.) unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer.Wear hard hats in designated areas. Do not

37、enter any restricted areas unless required to do so and until cleared for such entry. The Contractors equipment shall be conspicuously marked for identification.1.4.1.1 Subcontractors and Personnel ContactsFurnish a list of contact personnel of the Contractor and subcontractors including addresses a

38、nd telephone numbers for use in the event of an emergency. As changes occur and additional information becomes available, correct and change the information contained in previous lists.1.4.1.2 Identification Badgesand Installation Access*NOTE: Contractor will have the option of participating in NCAC

39、S, which will be available Navy-wide in Marianas and CONUS locations, including Hawaii, or by obtaining one-day passes. Edit installation-specific paragraphs in this section accordingly. Do not use this paragraph at OCONUS locations, unless NCACS is available at that location. When issuance of ident

40、ification badges involves some time consuming process, identify process in bracketed blank space providedin following paragraph*Application for and use of badges will be as directed. Obtain access to the installation by participating in the Navy Commercial Access Control System (NCACS), or by obtain

41、ing passes each day from the Base Pass and Identification Office. Costs for obtaining passes through the NCACS are the responsibility of the Contractor. One-day passes, issued through the Base Pass and Identification Office, will be furnished without charge. Furnish a completed EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILIT

42、Y VERIFICATION (DHS FORM I-9) form for all personnel requesting badges. This form is available athttp:/www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis by searching or selecting Employment Verification (Form I-9) _. Immediately report instances of lost or stolen badges to the Contracting Officer. a. NCACS Program: N
