3、he General Services Administration has authorized the use of this interim amendment as a valid exception to Federal Specifi- cation UU-B-790a dated February 5, 1968. 4、e acceptable as proof that the product being offered meets the requirements of Table II, provided the contractor furnishes actual test results, acceptable to the Government, indicating that tests have been performed to substantiate the certification. The certification shall state that the tests desc
5、ribed in para- graphs 4.5.2.2, 4.5.2.3, 4.5.2.4, and 4.5.2.5, have been performed on prod.ucts manufactured from the same material and manufacturing process of the items being ofrered and that any proposed changes in material or process will be promptly reported to the Government. The Government reserves the right to rlequire additional testing and certification by the contractoi. when such changes are made -or when otherwise deemed necessary.
