14.7.3 拟定保护生态环境的计划 情景导入通过前面的学习和调查，同学们知道了一些破坏生态环境的实例。对于我们人类来说，这都是振聋发聩的警钟。环境的恶化已经使得我们的生存环境每况愈下，并由此引出一系列灾难性的后果：黄河断流；长江流域洪涝频频；淮河水因为污染严重而无法作为饮用水源；土地荒漠化；沙尘暴席卷着半个中国环境的恶化让我们忧心忡忡，我们应该清醒地知道这个结局的肇端是人类对地球的肆意破坏。面对如此的蹂躏，地球不会永远无言。作为我们栖息的家园，我们肥城当地的环境状况怎样呢？大家可以畅所欲言。【课前调查，形成调查报告。组织学生进行社会实践，亲自获得当地生态环境状况的第一手材料。】
