白血病简介,白血病是一种造血组织的恶性疾病,俗称“血癌”,特点是某一类型的白血病细胞在骨髓或其他造血组织中的肿瘤性增生,可浸润体内各器官、组织,使各个脏器的功能受损,产生相应的症状和体征。临床上常有贫血、发热、感染、出血和肝脾、淋巴结不同程度的肿大等。骨髓及外周血中可出现幼稚细胞。,什么叫白血病,1,原因尚不清楚,由于放射线、电离辐射、病毒、化学物质(包括毒物及药品),加上个体可能存在的遗传或免疫机能缺陷等,可使造血细胞发生恶变,恶变后的细胞由于存在分化和成熟方面的缺陷,同时又保持有分裂增殖的能力。故使此类恶变细胞 (白血病细胞)可以不断地在体内增殖积聚,由造血组织漫布到血液和全身多种脏器,出现有关的白血病的临床表现。,为什么会得白血病,2,白血病不是传染病。尽管目前关于人类白血病的确切病因尚不明确,有关白血病发病机制的学说也颇多,尚无由于与白血病患者密切接触而传染上白血病的。,应该说并非所有的白血病都有遗传倾向性,但临床上确见到某些白血病在某一人种、某些遗传性缺陷和某些家族性疾病中较容易发生。,白血病会传染吗?,3,我国白血病患者约为3-4人10万人口,男性多于女性。各城区的发病情况不一。急性白血病中以急性粒细胞白血病最多,急性淋巴细胞白血病次之,且多在20岁以下的青少年和儿童。慢性粒细胞白血病多见于成年人,慢性淋巴细胞白血病则多见于老年人。,白血病患病现状,4,
