3、写规则的规定编制。中国标协标准草案经向社会公开征求意见,并得到参加审定会议的75%以上的专家、成员的投票赞同,方可作为中国标协标准准予以发布。考虑到本标准中的某些条款可能涉及专利权,中国标准化协会不负责对任何该类专利权的鉴别。使用中国标准化协会标准的单位,应按现行国家有关规定办理标准各案,并对技术内容负责。本标准负责起草单位:中国标准化协会汽车养护用品及非金属材料标准化工作组。本标准主要参加起草单位:天津悦泰石化科技有限公司、北京长信万林科技有限公司。本标准起草人:戴兵、崔树民、吴铭定、郭亦明。本标准首次制定。在本标准实施过程中,如发现需要修改或补充之外,请将意见和有关资料寄给中国标准化协会,

4、以便修订时参考。II GAS 106-2004 寻为了各地的汽油清净剂生产企业、产品质量市场监管部门都能检验汽油及清净剂的清净性:为了GB17930车用无铅汽油和GWKBOOI车用汽油有害物质控制标准两个标准中“有效清净剂的规定”得以有效实施;广大在用汽车的消费者能用到添加有效清净剂的汽油的基本权益得到保障,特制定本标准。III GAS 106-2004 享用汽油及清净剂清;争性限值(模拟法)1 范围本标准规定了车用汽油及清净剂,按汽油机进气阀沉积物模拟试验方法检验的清净性限值。本标准适用于车用汽油及清净剂的清净性检测。2 规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是
