4、国住房和城乡建设部2011年9月16日3 前言根据住房和城乡建设部关于印发(2008年工程建设标准规范制订、修订计划(第一批)的通知)(建标2008J102 号)的要求，中国建筑科学研究院和北京住总集团有限责任公司会同有关单位编制本规范。本规范在编制过程中，编制组经广泛调查研究，认真总结实践经验，参考有关国际标准和国外先进标准，并在广泛征求意见的基础上，最后经审查定稿。本规范共分16章，主要技术内容包括:总则、术语、基本规定、金属风管与配件制作、非金属与复合风管及配件制作、风阀与部件制作、支吊架制作与安装、风管与部件安装、空气处理设备安装、空调冷热源与辅助设备安装、空调水系统管道与附件安装、空
