2、域内吃寄的函件。3. 1. 1 丰埠函件local correspondence a. 市区及市效区范围内(不包括市辖县和被县隔开的市辖区瓦寄的函件zb. 县城关范围内互寄的函件。3. 1. 2 外埠函件correspondence of other cities.towns and provinces 超出本埠函件寄递范围的国内函件。3. 1. 3 香港澳门台湾地区函件correspondence of Hong Kong or Macao or Taiwan region 寄自或寄往香港、澳门、台湾地区的函件。3. 2 国际函件international correspondence 中华
3、人民共和国与其他国家或地区间互寄的及其他国家或地区通过中国境内经转的函件。3. 2. 1 邮政公事函件correspondence on postal附rVlce各国邮政主管部门或其各国际邮件互换局寄发的:万国邮政联盟各机构和区域性邮联各机构之间互寄的;区域性各邮联机构之间互寄的;万国邮政联盟各机构或区域性邮联各机构寄给各国邮政主管部门或其各国际邮件互换局的免付一切邮费的函件。3.3 JK陆路函件surface correspondence 利用水陆路运输工具及人力、畜力运递的函件。3. 4 航宅函件airmail correspond伊ce纳付航空附加费并具有航空标记，在全程或其中一段邮路上
4、利用飞机运输的函件。3. 5 平常函件ordnary correspondence 邮局收寄时不给寄件人收据，投交时不要求收件人签收的函件。3. 5. 1 义务兵免费信件postage-free letter and postcard for soldier 现役义务兵从部队发寄的具有私人通信内容，每件在20克以内，免付邮资的国内水陆路平常信中华人民共和国邮电部1993-01-20批准1993-08-01实施l YD 606-93 件。3.6 给据函件recorded correspor,dence 邮均收寄时给寄f中人收据，投交时要求收件人签收的函件。3.6. 1 挂号函件reglst盯dc
5、orrespondence 邮局收寄时进行编号，处理时进行哇记的给据函件。3. 6. 2 保价函件insured correspondence 用户交寄时要求对内件给予保价，邮局收寄时进行编号，处理时进行登记的给据函件。3. 6. 3 圈际确认技递函件recorded delivery correspondence 邮局收寄时进行编号，但在处理过程中不于登记的国际给据函件。3.7 大宗函件bulk-posted correspondence 在办理邮政业务的指定地点次交寄规定数量以上的同类函件。3.8 告封函件mix-posted correspondence 将不闯仲类的件封装在起的国际函件
6、。3.9 信函letter 以套封形式交奇的具有现时通信性质的函件。3. 9. 1 报矿信函letter for reporting mineral deposits 群众向地质部门邮寄发现矿藏信息的由收件人交付邮费的情函。3.9.2 特种挂号信函special registered letter 邮寄邮政部门限定的票、证的国内挂号信函。3. 9. 3 航空邮件aerogramme 将通信内容书写在特定规格的纸t.经折叠封合后的国际航空信函。3. 9. 4 邮电公宇信函postal and telecommunicational service letter 特定邮电单位按规定冈公交寄的，以及
7、群众寄给各邮电机构或其负责人对邮电工作提出批评建议的免付邮资的国内平常信函。3. 9. 5 保价信函insured letter 内装邮局推寄的有价证券、寄件人认为重要的文件、贵重物品等，并要求对内件给予保价的信函。3.10 明信片postcard 具有现时通信性质的卡片式函件。3.10.1 邮费明信片stamped postcard 印有邮资标志的平常明信片。3. 11 印刷品printed papers 内袋邮局准寄的印刷物品且其他特定物品的函件。3. 11. 1 国内保价印刷品domestic insured printed papers 用户要求对内件给于保价的国内印刷品。3. 11.
8、2 印刷品专袋special bag contaiIling printed papers 封装在邮袋中交寄的同一奇件人、同一寄达地、同一收件人的整袋国际印刷品。3. 12 盲人读物blind literature 内装盲字书籍、刊物、信函、文件或邮局准寄的盲人所用特定物品的函件。3.13 J、包smallpacket 符合邮局规定的重量和尺寸，内装小件物品及无现时通信性质的文字材料的圈际函件。2 YD 606-93 4 资费4. 1 函件基本资费bas C charge for correspondence 用户按水陆路交寄平常函件应纳付的资费。4. 1. 1 国际回信券internatio
9、nal reply coupon 在Ji国邮政联盟会员国范围南使用的种有价证券。1千百可兑换相当于兑换国寄往国外一封10!LJ内的航空平常情函邮辑的邮票或等值的邮辑信封、明信片e4.2 函件特别资费special charge for corresponclence 函件需持别处理时所纳付的除函件基本资费以外的资费。4.2.1 函件技号费registration charge for correspondence 用户交寄挂号函件时纳付的用1对函件进行挂号处理的特别资费。4.2.1.1 印刷品专袋挂号费registration charge for叩eciaJbag containing pr
10、inted papers 用户交寄印刷品专袋时纳付的挂号费。4.2.2 保价函件保价费insurance charge for corrcspondence 用户交寄保价函件时纳付的用于要求邮局担负保价额赔偿责任的特别资费。4. 2. 3 函件航空附加费air surcharge for correspondence 用户交寄航空函件时纳付的用于航空运输的特别资费64.2.4 欠赞函件处理费handling charges for postagedue correspondence 对欠资函件除补收欠资费外收取的处理费。4. 2. 5 确认投递费recorded delivery charge
11、 用户交寄国际确认投递函件时纳H的用于对踊件进行确认投通的资费。5 戳记5. 1 的件戳记impression for correspondcnce 表示函件种类的戳记。国内业务中有信函戳记、印刷品戳记、盲人读物戳记、义务兵免费信件戳记等z国际业务中有.信函戳记、印刷品戳记、盲人读物戳记、小包戳i己、合封函件戳记寺。5.2 国内欠资函件戳记postage-due impresslon for domestic corresponden凹加盖在某特定国内欠资函件上的戳记。5.3 出口欠资函件戳记postage-due impression for export correspondcncC 加盖
12、在出口欠资国际函件上标明欠资数额的戳记。5. 4 进口欠资函件应收资费戳记postage-due impression for import correspondence 加盖在进口欠资国际函件上标明应收欠资及欠资处理费的戳记c5. 5 船上函件戳记impression for ship correspondence 加盖在由外国船方代表交给港口邮局的，该船只在公海航行时收寄的贴有船只所属国邮栗的函件上的戳记。5.6 信箱开出戳记impression for reg四eredcorrespondence collected from lett盯box加盖在自信筒、信箱开出的符合规定的挂号函件上
13、的戳记。6 单据6. 1 给据函件收据receipt for recorded corresponclence 用户交寄给据函件时邮局出给的收据。包括，国内挂号信函收据、国内挂号印刷品收据、国内特种挂号信函收据、国际挂号函件收据、司际保价函件收据、国际确认投递函件收据等。6.2 圈内保价函件内件清单list for domestk insured correspondence conteots 3 YD 606-93 用户交寄国内保价函件时填写的保价物品名称、数量、保价金额的清单。6.3 特种挂号信函内件清单1i8t for special registered letter contents
14、 用户交寄特种挂号信函时填写的注明信踊内件名称、数量的清单。6.4 国际平常函件查单inquiry form for interna1onal co盯eglst盯edcorresponclence 寄件人查询所寄国际平常函件和国际确认投递函件时填写的清单。6.5 使用邮政专用信箱申请书application form for hiring Post-Office Box 申请使用邮政专用信箱的用户填写的申请书。6.6 邮政专用信箱续用通知单advice for continuously hiring Post-Office Bo x 使用届满的邮政专用信箱，由县、市邮局在期满前填发的通知用户限
15、期办理续用手续的通知单。7 标签7. 1 挂号函件条码标签bar code label for registered correspondence 贴在挂号函件封面上，印有以条码表示函件种类、编号、收寄局邮政编码和汉字收寄局名称的标签E7.2 国内挂号信函标签label of domestic registered letter 国内挂号信函收据的下联。贴在国内挂号信函封面上，印有挂号信函编号并加盖收寄局名戳记的标签。7.3 国内大宗挂号信函标签label of domestic bulk-posted registered letter 贴在国内大宗挂号信函封面上，印有信函编号并加盖收寄局名
16、戳记的标签。7.4 国内挂号印刷品标签label of domestic registered printed papers 国内挂号印刷品收据的下联。贴在国内挂号印刷品封面上，印有挂号印刷品编号并加盖收寄局名戳记的标签曰7.5 国内大宗挂号印刷品标签label of domestic bulk-posted registered printed papers 贴在国内大宗挂号印刷品封面上，印有印刷品编号并加盖收寄局名戳记的标签。7.6 国际挂号函件标签label of international registered corresponclence 贴在国际挂号函件封面上，印有函件编号并加盖
17、收寄局的汉语拼音名称戳记的标签。7. 7 国际确认投递函件标签(C4bis)label of international recorded delivery correspondence (C4bis) 贴在国际确认投递函件上，印有该类函件编号的标签。注:1)万国邮政联盟规定的符号。下同。7.8 验关签条(C1)customs label(Cl) 贴在国际函件上，用于报关的签条。7.9 印刷品专袋名址签膊address label of special bag containng printed papers 系挂在印刷品专袋上，由寄件人按规定制作和填写的注有收件人和寄件人姓名地址的标签。8
18、信封8. 1 国家标准信封national standard envelope 符合GB1416规定的信封。8.2 国际标准信封international standard envelope 符合ISO269规定的信封。8.3 透明窗信封envelope with a transparent panel 正面开有覆盖透明纸的长方形窗口，用以露出收件人姓名、地址的信封。二8.4邮资信封stamped envelope 4 YD 606-93 印有邮资标志的信封。8.5 航空信封airmal cnvelope 印有航空标志及红、蓝两色相闯彩边，供用户交寄航空信函使用的信封。8.6 特种挂号信封en
