2、准单系标量源量u件计溯计查文井值用核用义测量专度后引定马马马刻、性和伽伽伽仪前围范语然然然井井言范规术自自自测测前12345678I SY!r 6582.2-2003 E 前言SYf 6582 石油核测井仪刻度分为四个部分:一一第1部分:总则;一一第2部分:自然伽马测井仪刻度;一一第3部分:补偿密度/岩4性密度测井仪刻度;一一第4部分:补偿中子测井仪刻度。本部分是SYf6582的第2部分。本部分代替SYf 6255-1996 自然伽马测井仪刻度。本部分与SYf6255一1996相比,主要修改如下:a)本部分提出了自然伽马计量器具的技术.要求;b)本部分提出了自然伽马测井仪刻度的通用方法,改变了

3、原标准以典型仪器刻度为基础的描述方式。本部分由石油测井专业标准化委员会提出并归口。本部分起草单位:石油工业测井计量站、大庆石油管理局测井公司。本部分主要起草人:杨志高、李树鹏。本部分所代替标准的历次版本发布情况为:SY f 6255-19960 本部分以中文和英文两种文字出版。当英文和中文两种版本有歧义时,以中文版本为准。SY Ir 6582.2-2003 石油核测井仪刻度第2部分:自然伽马测井仪刻度1 范围本部分规定了自然伽马测井仪(以下简称测井仪)的刻度溯源系统、自然伽马专用计量器具技术性能及测井仪刻度方法和要求。本部分适用于自然伽马测井仪刻度。2 规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过SY/

4、f6582的本部分的引用而成为本部分的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本部分,然而,鼓励根据本部分达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本部分。SY /f 6582.1-2003石油核测井仪刻度第1部分:总则3 术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于SY/f6582的本部分。自然伽马API单位natural ganuna-ray I鸣APIunit 自然伽马测井仪以建于美国体斯顿大学自然伽马刻度井中高放射性层与低放射性层计数率差的二百分之一定义为一个自然伽马API单位。4 自然伽马测井计量单位4.1

5、测井仪在刻度和测井中使用的国际通用自然伽马计量单位为API单位,单位符号为API。4.2 测井仪在刻度和测井中使用的计数率单位为脉冲数每秒,单位符号为cps。5 自然伽马量值溯源系统自然伽马量值溯源系统包括基准井、工作标准井、刻度器和测井仪及其之间的量值传递,如图1所示。6 自然伽马专用计量标准器具6.1 自然伽马基准井中华人民共和国石油行业自然伽马基准井用于复现和保存自然伽马API单位量值,经部门(行业)技术鉴定、国家技术监督局计量认证作为自然伽马API单位量值的溯源基准,设置于石油工业测井计量站。自然伽马API量值直接溯源于美国休斯顿大学自然伽马API刻度井,自然伽马基准井技术性能符合AP

6、I特设委员会在RP33中规定的技术要求。该基准井是两块天然岩石实体块组成,其两块岩石API值的差值是207.45API土1.98API。6.2 自然伽马工作标准井自然伽马工作标准井是复现自然伽马API量值的标准器具,其自然伽马API单位量值溯源于自然伽马基准井,经部门(行业)技术检定、计量认证而确立。其主要功能是对刻度器和测井仪进行计1 SY Ir 6582.2-2003 用专用计量基准专计量标器具工作计量器具准仪井测马伽然自自然伽马测井量值溯源系统示意固量核查。自然伽马工作标准井要求:a)自然伽马工作标准井必须含高放射性层、低放射性层及屏蔽层;b)径向、纵向满足均匀无限大条件;c)具备防腐蚀

7、、防冰冻、防渗漏等措施;鼠洞深2m,井坑中充满泼水;d) API值应在100API 250 API之间;e)地层模型的理化性能及放射性元素铀、牡、拥含量应保持稳定。6.3 自然伽马刻度器自然伽马刻度器是用于直接刻度测井仪的模拟器,刻度器和特定的测井仪相配套,其量值溯源于自然伽马基准井。自然伽马刻度器的API值应大于100API。6.4 自然伽马计量标准器具检测周期见SY/f6582.1一2003中第8章的规定。固1测井仪刻度7.1 刻度计算测井仪刻度是确定该测井仪单位计数率响应所代表的API数值的过程,测井仪每个计数率响应所代表的API数定义为F因子,F因子可按式(1)计算:F= P NH-N

(1) 式中:F一一测井仪每个计数率响应所代表的API数值,单位为API每计数率(APIIcps); 2 SY /f 6582.2-2003 P一一刻度器的API标称值,单位为API;NH.一一加刻度器时的计数率值,单位为脉冲数每秒(cps);No一一不加刻度器时的计数率值(即本底计数),单位为脉冲数每秒(cps)。7.2 刻度质量要求刻度后F因子应符合测井仪的技术指标,除首次刻度外的测井仪刻度与前一次刻度的F因子比较误差应小于5%。7.3 测井仪到度的条件和要求a)测井仪经过预热,处于正常工作状态;b)测井仪置于散射效应可以忽略的环境中,30 m范围内无其它放射源影响;c)加刻度

9、器时,刻度器与测井仪相对位置要准确;d)计数时间的选择应保证计数率统计涨落误差小于1%; e)首次刻度后的测井仪要经过基准井或工作标准井验证。7.4 刻度过程7.4.1 给下井仪器供电,仪器预热时间20min。7.4.2 启动刻度程序,不加刻度器记录本底值。7.4.3 按正确位置放好刻度器,测量加刻度器后的值。7.4.4 计算F因子。7.4.5 存储刻度结果。7.5 刻度周期a)测井仪每月刻度一次;b)仪器修理后(包括更换探头、晶体、光电倍增管、调整电路等)应进行刻度。7.6 测井仪计量特性要求a)测井仪测量范围为oAPI-500 API; b)测井仪测井误差小于7%。8 测井前、后核查8.1

18、natural gamma-ray logging t1 (hereinafter re fer as logging t1), it also specifies the specifica tion of special g但丑ma-raymeasuring device , log ging t1 calibration methods and requirements. This part is applicable to the calibration of natural gamma-ray logging t1. 2 Nonnative referenc四The followin

Natural garnma-ray log API unit A natural gamma-ray API unit is defined as the 1/ 200 of the difference of count rates betw四nhigh and low radioactive formations measured by natural g臼nma-raylogging t1 in natural gamma-ray test pits at the University of

22、Houston, USA. 4 Natural garnma-ray 1唱gingm倒suringunit 4.1 General natural gamma-ray measuring unit , API unit , shall be used in logging t1 calibration and operation, the symbol is API. 4.2 Count rate unit used in logging t1 calibra tion and operation is counts per se时,the s严nbol is cps. 5 Tracing t

23、o the捕urcesystem for natural gam ma-ray measm飞ementThe system includes primary standards, sendary standards, t1 calibrators and logging tIs, and their relationship is shown in figure 1. 6 Spt到cificm凶suringfaciliti臼fornatural gam ma-ray 1略ging6.1 Prima叮standardsfor natural garnma-ray logging primary

24、standards for natural gamma-ray logging of petroleum industry of the People s Republic of China are used to reproduce and pr配rvenatural gamma-ray API measuring values. It also se凹臼asthe base for tracing to the source for natural grar丑ma-ray API unit under the technical identification of relevant man

25、agement department and the certifi cation of China State Bureau of Technical Supervi sion. The primary standards are located at Well Igging Measuring Center of Petroleum Industry. Natural garm丑a-rayAPI unit directly traced back to the API test pits at the University of Houston, USA. The technical sp

26、ecifications of the primary standards for natural gamma-ray meet the technical requirements as stipulated in the standard of API RP33 issued by API special committee. Primary standards consist of two natural rock blocks which has a difference in API values of 207 .45 API :t 1.98 API. 6.2 S配ond缸丁ysta

27、ndards for natural gamma-ray 10理ingSecondary standards for natural gamma-ray logging 9 SY Ir 6582.2-2003 盯ethe specific measuring facilities that reproduce the standard va1ue of API g缸nma-rayunit , and its API g缸nma-rayunit is traced back to the primary standards. It is al田underthe technical identif

28、ica tion and measuring certification by relevant depart ment. The main functions of the sendary stan dards盯ethe verification of calibrators and 10gging tls. R叫uirementsfor sendary standards for natura1 g缸nma-ray10gging: a) It must has formations with high, 10w radioac 的ity,and shie1d formations; b)

29、Itm臼tsthe r吨uirementsof homogeneous infin ity formations in both radial and vertical direc-tlon; c) It shal1 has protective m臼sur臼forantirroSI1, anti-freezing and anti-1eakage etc, the depth of rat ho1e is 2 m , boreho1e is filled with fresh water; d) API va1ue shall be within 100 API - 250 API; e)

30、Physica1 and chemica1 properties of the mode1 formations are stab1e; the contents of radioac tive e1ements , Uranium, Thorium and Potassi um, shall keep stab1e. 6.3 Natural gamma-ray calibrator Natural gamma-ray ca1ibrator is a simu1ator used directly for the calibration of 10gging t1, it is mbined

31、with specific 10gging t1. Value of a cal ibrator is traced back to prim盯ystandards for nat ura1 gamI丑a-ray10gging. 33、7.1 Calibration calculation Logging t,1 ca1ibration is a process that converts the unt rates as mesured by the t1 into rresponding API value. 35、 for calibration Calibrated F factor shal1 meet with the technica1 specification of 10gging t1, eor of F factors be tween the t1 calibration and the previous calibr缸ion shall be smaller than 5 % except for the first time calibration. 7.3 Conditions and 叫uirementsfor 1吨gingtl calibration a) Logging t

36、1 has been preheated and works in normal working status; b) Logging t1 is p1aced in a scattering effect ne g1ectab1e environment, there is no eH民tfrom other radioactive source within the range of 30m; c) When the calibrator is app1ied , relative归sitionbetween calibrator and 10gging t,1 shall be ac-c

37、urate; SY Ir 6582.2-2003 d) Se1ection of count rate recording time shall allow that the error of statistica1 fluctuation of unt rates is 1ess than 1 % ; e) First ca1ibrated 10gging t1 shall be verified by the Primary Standards or Secondary Standards. 7.4 Calibration procedUI四7.4.1 Supp1y power to th

38、e 10gging t1 and wait for 20 min for the t1 to be pre-heated. 7.4.2 Start calibration program, and rerd background count rates without calibrator. 7.4.3 P1ace the calibrator proper1y on the logging t1 at the right position, and rerd the unt rat臼withca1ibrator. 7.4.4 Calcu1ate the F factor. 7.4.5 Sav
