5、版本发布情况为:一GB17566-1998。I GB 17566-2010 引GB 17566-1998实施以后，(1974年国际海上人命安全公约)2000修正案及2004修正案对船舶消防救生等内容进行了较大的修正，原应变部署表部分内容已不符合最新修正案的要求。为了适应形势的发展，进一步与国际公约体系相协调，确保船舶应变部署表符合船舶实际，维护人命安全，有必要调整GB 17566-1998的内容，建立新的海洋运输船舶应变部署表。H GB 17566-2010 海洋运输船舶应变部署表1 范围本标准规定了海洋运输船舶应变部署表和应变部署卡的基本要求、货船和客船在弃船救生、消防灭火时，船上所有人员的
6、分工部署、职责和技术动作，以及应变部署表和应变部署卡在船上的配备和填写要求。本标准适用于航行于海上的从事商业运输为H的，总吨及以上的货船、载客12人及以上的客船。其他船舶，如工程船、科学考察船、海洋测量船、海船以及500总吨以下货船和载客12人以下的船舶等，可参照使用。2 术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本标准。2. 1 应变部署表muster Iist 在船舶上用表格形式表述的符合(1974年国际悔上人命安全公约)(SOLAS197 4)要求的船舶遇险时紧急报警信号及其全员的应变部署。2.2 短声short blast 历时约1s的笛声或铃声e2.3 长声long blast 历时约4s6 s
7、的笛声或铃声。3 应变部署表基本要求3. 1 海洋运输船舶应变部署表分为货船应变部署表和客船应变部署表。3.2 应变部署表的基本尺寸:a) 纸张外尺寸(长宽为:670mmX490 mm; b) 表格尺寸(长宽)为:640mmX460 mmo 3.3 应变部署表的式样见附录A。3.4 应变部署表以船长为中心，全体船员分工配合，分成救生部署和消防部署两大部分，包括紧急报警信号，驾驶台、机舱，弃船，放救生艇枝，消防，救生设备位置，消防设备位置，人员编号表格和备注等九个栏目。4 货船应变部署表MUSTER LIST FOR CARGO SHIP 4. 1 驾驶台、机舱Bridge and Engine

10、 station according to master s order. 4. 1. 5 轮机员:管理操纵主机、辅机和应急发电机。Duty engineer: Control the main engine、auxiliaryengine and emergency generator. 4.2 紧急报警信号Emergency Alarm Signal 4.2.1 根据船长命令，用汽笛或报警器发出如下紧急报警信号，如可能应伴随有线广播。船员昕到报警信号后，应主即着装就位。Emergency alarm signal: the following alarms are sounded on w
11、histle or siren according to master s order, and accompanied by wire broadcast if possible. 32、tional shore connection; f) 消防控制站fire control station; g) 固定式局部灭火系统fixed local application fire-fighting system; h) 固定式灭火系统fixed fire-extinguishing system。4. 7 备注栏Remarks 6 备注栏主要包括以下内容:a) 应变部署表应在船舶开航前制定。在应变部署表制定后，如船员有所变动而必须更改应变部署表时，船长应修订该表或制定新表。The muster list shall be prepared before the ship proce
