Used to support fluid pip
14、es or cable bundles. Retained by a single fastener. 3.1.2 “Q clamp A single metal strip formed into a “Q loop“ (see figure 2). Used to support fluid pipes or cable bundles. Retained by a single fastener. 3.1.3 “Saddle“ clamp Two metal strips, each with a cushion. The top and bottom parts are formed
15、into a “saddle“ (see figures 3 and 4). Available in two versions: Type 1, fixed and type 2, sliding. Used to support fluid pipes or cable bundles retained by two fasteners. 3.2 Quality assurance 3.2.1 Production batch A definite quantity of some commodity or service produced at one time under condit

25、5 to 0,20 4.7 Test conditions 4.7.1 Test temperature Unless otherwise specified, it will be between 15 OC and 25 OC. 4.7.2 Clamp attachment Unless otherwise specified, bolts used for clamp attachment shall be made of steel with a resistance greater than or equal to 1 100 MPa and with a nominal diame
26、ter MJ 5 x 0,8 4h6h as per IS0 5855-2 for metric series clamps or 1900-32 UNJF-3A as per IS0 3161 for inch series clamps. 4.7.3 Test mandrel 4.7.3.1 All mandrels used for the test shall have a diameter D smaller than the nominal diameter of the clamp by a given value M specified in table 2 (D = d -
27、nn), and a roughness of Ra = 1,6 pm according to IS0 468. 28、sured length of 100 mm. 4.7.3.2 All mandrels used for the tests shall have a diameter greater than the nominal diameter of the clamp by 0,2 mm and a roughness of Ra = I ,6 pm according to IS0 468. 29、duct standard, this load and all dimensions shall be measured without shim but with the relevant test mandrel (see 4.7.3). When no axial load is specified, the following inspections apply. 39、r the batch is acceptable. This inspection can be carried out in the users laboratory or, by special agreement, in the manufacturers laboratory. 40、ng permitted without license from IHS-,-,-5.4 Rejection Parts subjected to non-destructive tests and failing to conform to the requirements of these tests shall be rejected. Parts identified as Major defects during acceptance test require a rejection of all parts as above. Parts identified as Minor
41、defects require the definition of a procedure by the users quality assurance department. 6 Packaging and storage The clamps shall be conditioned so that they cannot be damaged during transportation. The clamps shall be protected from humidity, corrosion, dirt and all other noxious attacks. The packa
42、ging material in contact with the clamps shall provide this protection. 6.1 The following information shall appear on each parcel: - Name of manufacturer - Quantity - Product standard identification box - Date of packaging 6.2 The following informations shall appear on collective packings, for trans
