32、take-off of a parked agricultural tractor EXAMPLES Pond aerators, grain elevators, irrigation pumps. 3.2 stationary equipment connection element of the tractor which provides the primary rigid connection between the front of the tractor and the stationary equipment, intended only for providing a rig
33、id connection to stationary equipment and for incidental maneuvering of such equipment into position, and not intended as a primary means for pushing or pulling heavy loads in mobile agricultural operations 4 Requirements All tractors with front-mounted power take-off (PTO) and without front three-p
34、oint linkage shall have provisions for the stationary equipment connection. The stationary equipment connection shall be located along the longitudinal mid-plane of the tractor and shall conform to the dimensions shown in figure 1. The stationary equipment connection shall be constructed such that i
35、t can be removed, pivoted or retracted into a storage position when not in use. In the storage position, the stationary equipment connection or its mounting shall not project more than 100 mm forward from the end of the PTO shaft.
