1、Designation: F2001 15 An American National StandardStandard Guide forVessel-Related Technical Information for Use in Developingan Electronic Database and Ship Safety Record1This standard is issued under the fixed designation F2001; the number immediately following the designation indicates the year

2、oforiginal adoption or, in the case of revision, the year of last revision. A number in parentheses indicates the year of last reapproval. Asuperscript epsilon () indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1. Scope1.1 This guide provides a uniform format and definition ofgen

3、eral vessel-related technical information, including shipsafety data, to be used by ship owners and operators, at theiroption and to the extent that they consider beneficial to theiroperation. It is recognized that all of the data is alreadycontained in various documents on the vessel, but normally

4、notelectronically and normally not in one location. The ShipSafety Record is designed to provide an industry-acceptedcommon method of identifying, maintaining, and subsequentlycommunicating the safety-related information needed for mari-time operations. It is recognized that many of the data fields

5、arenot applicable for every vessel. Appendix X1 and AppendixX2 provide examples of how data elements in this guide maybe used for a specific purpose, that is, the USCGs AutomatedIdentification System (AIS) and theAdvance Notice ofArrival.1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded asstandar

Significance and Use4.1 The Ship Safety Record is an electronic database ofinformation pe

The data is grouped andorganized under the following key categories: vesselparticulars, vessel status, crew requirements, crew status, voyage specific data,

21、record of inspection, record of incidents, and corrective actions.4.2 The Ship Safety Record is created and maintained ineach instance for the primary benefit of the owner, technicalmanager, or operator who is required through the implemen-tation of the ISM Code to be cognizant of such information.Th

It is expected that operators willelect to make portions of their Ship Safety Record databaseavailable to other interested parties such as flag sta

The data that becomes part of the Ship Safety Recordcan be thought of in a number of subsets:4.2.1 Da

24、ta that is not subject to change, including particu-lars of the vessel, and so forth.4.2.2 Data that is subject to change but not normally by theships crew.4.2.3 Data that will be updated periodically either manuallyor as a result of updates to other computer systems orapplications. This would inclu
