5、ANDARD Approval of an American National Standard requires review by ANSI that the requirements for due process, consensus, and other criteria for approval have been met by the standards developer. Consensus is established when, in the judgment of the ANSI Board of Standards Review, substantial agree

21、 and has not been processed in accordance with ANSIs requirements for an ANS. As such, this Foreword may contain material that has not been subjected to public review or a consensus process. In addition, it does not contain requirements necessary for conformance to the standard. This document is ent

22、itled Loss Plan for Digital Networks. This standard provides transmission recommendations for connections between network interfaces (NIs) that are all digital (NI-to-NI), or that are all digital from digital end office-to-digital end office) with digital or analog access lines from appropriate end-

23、user terminals or interconnecting networks. Footnotes are not officially part of this standard. This standard contains annexes that are for information only and are not considered part of the Standard. Future control of this document will reside with Accredited Standards Committee Telecommunications

24、, T1. This control of additions to the specification - such as protocol evolution, new applications, and operational requirements - will permit compatibility among U.S. networks.
