6、report describes the general aspects of the operation of the Bearer Independent Call Control (BICC) protocol Capability Set 1+ (CS 1+) with IP Bearer Control Protocol, used to control IP bearer connections. The text is based on the ITU-T Recommendation Q.Sup36 Technical Report TRQ.3030. Changes from

T1.TR.76-2001 Foreword This technical report (TR) describes the general aspects of the operation of the Bearer Independent Call Control (BICC) protocol Capability Set 1+ (CS 1+) with

8、IP Bearer Control Protocol, used to control IP bearer connections. Footnotes and informative annexes are not officially part of this TR.
