6、table to themanufacturer and the certifying agency and which describes the programs and test procedures specifiedin 1.1, 3.2 and 3.3 and the records to be kept by the manufacturer.3.1The manufacturer shall use a program to qualify raw materials, parts, assemblies and purchased compo-nents.3.2The manufacturer shall submit to the certifying agency a description of the test procedures used during pro-duction testing. The manufacturer shall test each device covered by this standard for:a. Gas and water leakage, as applicable;b. Calibration; andc. Dielectric withstand, if applicable.
