It pro-vides a common attachment interface for systems manufacturers, system integrators, software suppli

It includes the Packet Command feature set implemented bydevices commonly known as ATAPI devices.This standard maintains a high degree of compatibility with the AT Attachment-3 Interface (ATA-3), ANSIX3.298-1997, and while providing additional functi
