The output reconstruction filter shall be measured according to the ITU-T (formerly CCITT) recommendatio

For the purpose of compliance with network transmission plans and for optimum operation of the codecs, the PCM interfaces to the TIA/EIA-136-420, TIAIEIA-136-410 or TIA/EIA-136- 430 coders are operated such that th
