It is the fourth edition of CSA C22.2 No. 169, and the
36、 third edition of UL 2157. This edition of CSA C22.2 No. 169 supersedes the previous edition published in 1997. This edition of UL 2157 supersedes the previous edition published on June 1, 1997. This harmonized standard was prepared by the CSA Group and Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL). This stan

Note: Wherever practical, for convenience, the term appliance has been used in lieu of clothes washer or machine . 1.2 This Standard applies to both cord-connected and permanently connected applia

The appliances covered by this Standard are intended for use by the general public not specically trained in the use of the appliance, regardless of the mode by which its operation is initiated. They are for use in household and commercial purposes, including appliances provided with coin-, ti
