9、line of non-extension for each finger, i.e., at the neutral axis extending along the length of each finger, such that the seam will not canpress or stretch upon flexing of the finger, The seam on the back of the glove which joins the back of the fingers to the back of the hand shall have an inserted
10、 welt, 3/16 to 1/4 inch wide. The welt shall not be caught in the closing seam. The seam on the palm side of the glove which joins the palm side of the finger to the palm side of the hard shall be covered with a palm patch of leather which extends approximately fram below the fingers to the thmb cro
11、tch and to the sean on each side of the hand. The glove shall extend approximately 2 inches beyond the wrist an the gauntlet shall be hemed. The gloves shall be available in five incremental sizes to fit the 5th percentile female through the 95th percentile male in the population. The finger portion
12、 of the glove shall be capri any variation in size, color, appearance, or finish in gloves of a pair; any ccarqxnent full, tight, or twisted; open seam; any hole, needle chew, cut or tear, or any spot or stain clearly noticeable; any unhealed scratch, grub, tick marks, open veins, scars or abraded a
