This specification covers a Female x Female, Type XXII, Cam Locking Type Adapter or reducing coupler to be used with Male Cam Locking Coupl

7、RACTERISTICS. The following characteristics differ from those listed in the latest issue of A-A-59326. 3.1 Cam-arms. The 6-inch female cam-locking end for 150 psi rated coupling half shall have 4 (four) cam arms. 3.2 Hydrostatic test pressure. The 3-inch and 4-inch couplings shall withstand a hydros
8、tatic test pressure of 300 pounds per square inch gage (psig). The 6-inch, 75 psi rated couplings shall withstand a hydrostatic test pressure of 150 psig. The 6-inch, 150 psi rated couplings shall withstand a hydrostatic test pressure of 225 psi without any leakage. 3.3 Working pressure. The 3-inch
9、through 4-inch couplings shall be rated at 150 psi (pounds per square inch) working pressure. The 6-inch couplings shall be rated for 75 psi or 150 psi working pressure as appropriate. 4. NOTES 4.1 Part Identification Number (PIN). The following PIN procedure is for government purposes and does not
