If the supplier elects to establish substations for the purpose of conducting inspection for certain listed defects, the Acceptable
6、Quality Levels (AQLs) for each inspection substation shall be equal to the AQL which is the next numerically lower value than the AQL specified for the totul listed defects. The requirements of Standard MIL-STD-105 ate applicable to each substation and to the end item. 4.3 Lotting. A lot shall consi

PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY 5.1 Cleaning and drying. T
12、he adapter shall be cleaned and dried in accordance with Specification MIL-P-116. any of the drying methods listed therein shall be me. Cleaning method C-1 and 5.2 Preservation and packaging. Level shall be as specified (see 6.2). 5.2.1 Level A. No. preservative shall be applied to the adapter. The
13、adapte-ed an8 dried as specified in 5.1, shall be packaged in accordance with method IA-15 of Specification MIL-P-116. The inner container shcrll be a box conforming to Specification PPP-BA76 or PPP-0-566. 5.2.2 Level C. The adapter, cleaned and dried as specified in 5.1, shall be packaged to afford
14、 adequate protection from he supply source to the first receiving activity for immediate use . 5.3 Packing. Level shall be as specified (see 6.3, 5.3.1 Level A. Fifty adapters, packaged as specified in 5.2, shll be packed in a box conforming to VC, style RSC-SL, of Specification PPB-B-636. The box s

16、apters, packaged as specified in 5.2, shall be packed in a manner to insure carrier accpetance and safe delivery at first domestic destination. NOTES 6.1 Intended use. The adapter covered by this specification is used to connect the compressor air hose to the port of
18、 the M15 breathing apparatus and to permit sampling of compressed air for determining carbon mon-oxide con ten t. 6.2 Ordering data.
