QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection.-Unless otherwise specified in the contract or order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements as specified herein. 11、3.3.1 Weight cla sification, Minor Defect, (See 3.3) .-All 4.3.4 -_ bags shall be weighed an% classified in groups of .O05 ounces. ET-9271883 identifies the inspection equipment required to perform the examinations andCests prescribed in this section. The contractor shall design inspection equipment
12、 in accordance with the instructions i-n 6.2. Inspection equipment .-Equipment Tabulation number - 4.3.4.1 Government rights to documentation.-Inspection equipment drawings and lists provided and revised in accordance with the requirements of the ET may be used by DOD activities for design, procurem
13、ent, manufacture, testing, evaluation, production and receiving inspection, overhaul, shipping, storage, identification of stock, ordering and storage of replacement parts a inspection of items at overhaul, general maintenance of equipment, construction, survey and whenever inspection equipment draw
14、ings are needed. 4.3.4.2 Government use of contractors inspection and test equipment.-The contractor shall make available to the Government all inspection and test equipment Recessary for determining conformance with contract requirements. Personnel for operating the equipment, and verification of i
15、ts accuracy, shall be supplied by the contractor for the performance of examination or test by the Government. 5. PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY 5.1 Packaging 5.1.1 Level C.-Like-size bags shall be stacked flat in bundles of 1000 bags. A plain paperboard pad corisisting of commercial chipboard, minimum ,0
16、40 inch thickness, shall be placed on the bottom and top of each bag stack.
