1、MIL-C-l0113C( EA) AMENDMENT 1 18 July 1986 MILITARY SPECIFICATION COVER, OUTLET VALVE (FOR ci5 OUTLET VALVE) This amendment forms a part of MIL-C-l0113C(EA), dated 16 September 1974, and is approved for use within the Chemical Research, Development and Engineering Center, Department of the Army and
2、is available for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense. PAGE 2 Replace paragraph 3.2.2 “Test Slabs“ with the following: “3.2.2 Test slabs and equivalent cure. Test slabs shall be molded from stock representative of the formulation used for preproduction sample and from eac
3、h sublot during regular production of outlet valve covers in accordance with ASTM D 3182. The slabs shall have a cure equivalent to that of regular produc- tion outlet valve covers. Equivalent cure is established when physical proper- ties are in conformance with table I at a given cure time and tem
4、perature and that the percent free sulfur of the slab and the part are equivalent. After date of award of contract, and prior to submission of preproduction, and without additional cost to the Government, the - contractor shal/,submit the information listed below which will constitute evi- dence for establishing equivalent cure for a given formulation at optimal

The information relating to the cure may be classified as “compaw confidential“ and this infor- mation will be so treated by the Government. (a) Different combinations of cure time and temperature for slabs and parts, approaching and
