This specification supports the acquisition of the recoil-operated Cannon, Dual, 4W: =Al, consisting.of twin barrels with flash suppressors, breech . rings, casings, recoil cy
4、linders and loaders, for single and automatic firing and the M3 charger-clip for feeding the cartridges. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspect purchase order, the contractor is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements (examinations and tests) as specified he

Except as otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the contractor may use hie own or any other facilities suitable for the perforaance of the inspection requirements specified herein, unless disapproved by the overnment. The Government reserves the right to perform any of the ins
32、pections set forth in this specification where such inspections are deed necessary to ensure supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or 4.1.1 Responsibility for compliance. sections 3 and 5. part of the contractors overall inspection syste
33、m or quality program, of any inspection requirements in the specification shall not relieve the contractor of the responsibility of ensuring that all products or supplies submitted to the Government for acceptance comply with all requirements of the contract. Sampling inspection, as part of manufact
