All materials cited on TDPLlj-ll-l21(Ml) and TDPL15- 11-122 (M2mthe subsidiary drawings shall conform to the specifi- cations listed thereo

A11 components of the canisters shall conform to the specifications and drawings listed on TDPL15-11-121 and TDPL15-11-122 and subsidiary drawings. 3.2 Assembl , The body and tube shall be in accordance with Drawings Ci-li-C1-1
10、1M), D15-1l-hO(Ml), and Di5-11-48 (M2) and shall be assembled in accordance with the body assembly Drawings D15-11-38(1) and C15-11-46(M2) . Surface treatment shall be in accordance with appli- cable drawings and specifications. 3.3 Welds, The body assembly shall not contain more than three ceDa- ra
11、ted projections when tested as specified in 4.4.4;i. 3.4 Salt spray. The body assemblies and closing disks shall meet the requirements of 141-P-16232 when tested as specified in 4.4.4.2. 3.5 Preproduction. production lot shall be produced in accordance.with this specification for examination and tes

Except as other- wise specified in the contract, the contractor may use h

30、s shall meet the requirements of MIL-P-16232 , 4.3.h Acceptance/rejection criteria. The preproduction samples shall comply with 4.3.3 to be acceptable. Each lot shall be identified and controlled in ac- cordance with MIL-STD-1168. A lot shall consist of like components of
32、 one type or like subassemblies of one type, one interfix number, produced by one manufacturer, from the same materials and unde: essentially the same manufacturing conditions. No one lot of.any component shall contain steel from more than one heat of steel. Provisions of ML-A-2550 shall apply 4 . 4
33、 . 2 Sampling. 4.4.2.1 For examination. Sampling shall be conducted in accordance with MIL-Sm-105. 4.4.2.2 For destructive tests. (a) Body assembly and closing disk. Ten body assemblies of each type specified (see 6.2) (Drawing Di?-11-38 and Di5-11-46 and closing disks, shall be taken at random from
34、 each lot. (b) Body. Five bodies of each type specified (see 6.2) (Drawing CU-11-39 and C15-11-47) shall be taken at random from pro- duction at increments not to exceed 50,000 bodies and when the manu- facturing process changes or a new heat of steel is used. be as specified in 4.1.2. The sample components shall be
36、 examined in accordance with the classification of defects (4.4.3.3) and MIL-STD-105, 4.4.3.2 For destructive tests. (a) Body assemblies. The varnished area of the body assembly shall meet the re- quirements of MIL-P-16232, for. type Z, class 2 for 48 hours. 4.4.3.3 Classification of defects. (See pages 8 thru 12). 4.4.4 - Tests. Tests shall be conducted as foll

42、jected to a salt spray test in accordance witn the requirements of MIL-P-16232. 5. PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY 5.1 Packaging and packing. level B. 5.1.1 Body assembly, metal (see 6.2). Twenty-four empty metal con- tainers of the same type shall be packaged together in two layers of 12 canisters each. i
43、sters per row. Inter-locking fiberboard partitions shall be used to separate the canisters from each other. In addition, full size separator pads shall be placed on the bottom of the canisters, between the two layers and on top of the canisters. The partitions and the separator pads shall be constru
