Enameled areas shall be as indicated. The color shall conform to TIOH Enamel Color Chip Numbers listed belo

9、w. COLOR CHIP NUMBER Black 26 White 28 3. Epoxy resin (stoning epoxy) may be used in lieu of hard enamel at the option of manufacturer. Epoxy resin shall be smooth and flush with the dikes. 4. The lug (suspension ring) for the pendant shall have a minimum outside diameter of 5/32 inch + 1/64 inch an

10、d wire thickness shall have a nominal thickness of 0.050 inch. The lug shall be soldered at the top of the pendant vertical center line. 5. Suspension links shall be 5/32 inch + 1/64 inch in width by 3/16 inch + 1/64 inch in length and fabricated from 0.050 inch nominal diameter wire with the same m

11、aterial and finish as the pendant and suspension bar. 6. Jump rings shall be fabricated from 0.050 inch nominal diameter wire with the same material and finish as the suspension bar. The rings shall have an outside diameter of 3/16 + 1/32 inch. 7. The attaching device shall be prong and flat ball cl

12、utch type. Nickel plated flat ball clutches shall be used for Dash -2 and brass flat ball clutches shall be used for Dashes -1 and -3. The prongs shall be located on the horizontal center line of the suspension bar, equidistant from each end and 1-11/32 inches + 1/32 inch apart. 8. The suspension ba

13、r shall have two integral lugs. The lugs shall be equidistant from each end and 13/16 inch + 1/64 inch on centers. 9. The use of any type of plastic packaging material is prohibited.
